As the Strawberry Moon approaches, it’s the perfect time to celebrate and honor the abundance Mother Earth provides. Join Indigenous chef Jason Lamb (Schaghticoke) for a cooking demonstration and discussion about foodways in local tribal communities. Bring your appetite for knowledge as you sample corn cakes, three sisters rice, and sassafras tea while learning about recipes that blend traditional and contemporary ingredients.
